The TPAC Box Office is located on the G Level of the James K. Polk Cultural Center at 505 Deaderick Street, in downtown Nashville.

Call Center: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM cst
Box Office Window: Monday - Friday, 11 AM - 3 PM cst
On performance days, the Jackson Hall box office opens 60 minutes prior to show time for all ticketed events.
Holiday Hours
The Box Office will be closed December 24 – January 1.
