Patrons with Blindness or Low Vision
Large Print Programs
Large Print programs are available for each show in the HCA Healthcare/TriStar Health Broadway at TPAC series and are available at the Accessible Services kiosk in Jackson Hall lobby.
Audio Description
Live narration of the action on stage is transmitted through headsets to patrons who are blind or visually impaired. This service is available at the first Sunday matinee performance of each show in the HCA Healthcare/TriStar Health Broadway at TPAC series, at 1:00 p.m. CST, as well as the second Saturday matinee performance of each show in the Nashville Repertory season at 2:00 p.m. CST. A trained narrator describes the visual elements on the stage, in between the actors’ dialogue. Additional notes are given 20 minutes prior to the performance and during intermission. Headsets are available for these performances at the Accessible Services kiosks in Jackson Hall lobby and Johnson Theater lobby. TPAC will hold your photo ID or major credit card until the headset is returned following the performance. For more information about Audio Description, contact our Accessible Services team at Access@TPAC.ORG.
