File A Claim For Your Lost Item
We’ve introduced a new, easier way to help reunite you with your lost belongings. TPAC now uses Pixit-CrowdFind, a convenient photo-based lost and found system that allows you to quickly search for items that may have been turned in during your visit.
Our team photographs every found item and uploads it to our secure Lost & Found Claims Portal, where you can browse using keywords, dates, and categories. If you spot your item, simply submit a claim through the portal and our automated process will guide you through the next steps to retrieve it.
Please note: Certain high-value items such as photo ID, credit cards, jewelry, etc. will not have a photograph on the portal, and instead, more specific details of when the item was found will be listed.
If you don’t see your item listed, you can still file a general claim, and our staff will review the details and work to match it with anything recently found.
DISCLAIMER:
Found items are stored for a maximum of 60 days. Items found to be hazardous or unsafe to store may be removed from storage without notice. It may take up to 48 business hours for your claim to be reviewed and processed. Items will only be returned if a valid claim is submitted and processed. Specific details regarding the retrieval of your item(s) will be communicated during your claims process.
