PRE/POST SHOW IDEAS
We can recommend a great place to eat, lodge or hold a meeting before or after the show. We also offer the possibility of post-show talkbacks with the cast and other company members. These are available after many Tennessee Rep performances as well as select Broadway shows. We can also help your group coordinate a lovely pre-show reception. The Group Sales Office can provide you with a list of great Nashville area caterers to help make your event a success.

All groups receive a special thank you in the playbill. Look for your group when you attend the show!
Groups of 100 or more AND groups who purchase 500 or more tickets throughout the 2008-2009 Broadway season receive a special "thank you" on the TPAC Marquee (located at the TPAC entrance on 6th and Deaderick Streets).
EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES
Many shows have special student ticket prices and educational materials that can enhance the theatre experience for student groups. We also can provide bus permits for parking. Call for details.
GIRL SCOUT PATCHES
We can help you organize an exciting time for your Girl Scout troop. Girl Scout groups of 20 or more now can receive a specially designed Tennessee Performing Arts Center patch just by attending a performance. All you need to do is alert our Group Sales Office of how many patches your group will need and we will make sure to send those along with your tickets. We are also sometimes able to coordinate post-show talkbacks and cast meet and greets to further enhance your Girl Scout troops’ theatre experience.
BUS PASSES
If your groups are traveling in buses and 15-passenger or larger vans, we can provide you with a complimentary bus permit, which allows you to park very close to TPAC on Charlotte Ave.
